The breakfast was really well prepared..much better than other breakfast included. The staff was awsome and in our first hour we found a tricycle driver that was more than helpful in showing us everything that Puerto Princesa had to offer.That then became our main mode of transportation,,the experience of seeing through a local was fantastic,and he also bragged about the hotel to us..Our only regret was not scheduling more time to visit the area,,,meaning we will be returning..Look for tricycle driver Ryan Rosales...highly recomended......

the hotel is near Robinsons mall and very accessible to the highways and public transpo. I appreciate that they allowed me to check-in early since my flight arrival is scheduled early in the morning. they also provide complimentary service for guests to pick you up or bring to the airport.

accessibility, food and service is exceptional. will book again if budget permits. not recommended for those who are budget constraints. for us whose travel is shouldered by the organization it is good place to stay.

it’s by the highway and cheap for what it is Staff were prompt and helpful and knowledgeable. helpful that they go above and beyond. took our family photos when asked. service with a smile.

I liked the fact that the staff helped me arrange so that my room had a table in it gor a surprise candle light dinner. I liked that the staff was able to pre-arrange a special dinner for the birthday celebration that i asked for. Thank you so much, your the best!!
